Terms of Use

Last updated 1 October 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Cyrix website or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or platform.

2. Who can use Cyrix

Cyrix is built for businesses and the individuals authorised to act on their behalf — founders, risk and compliance leads, and procurement teams evaluating or using Cyrix’s risk assessment, mitigation and cover services. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in India to use the platform.

3. The Cyrix platform

Cyrix is a cyber risk platform spanning assessment, mitigation and cover, delivered as one connected system rather than three separate vendor relationships. Product and service descriptions on this site are illustrative of how the platform works and do not themselves constitute an offer of insurance or any other regulated product.

4. Insurance products & regulatory status

Where Cyrix facilitates insurance products, Cyrix operates under IRDAI Direct Broker Licence No. IRDA/DB/548. Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Any cover described on this site is subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of the relevant policy wording, which will always govern over marketing copy on this site.

5. Intellectual property

The Cyrix name, logo, platform design and site content are the property of Cyrix and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use Cyrix’s trademarks or content beyond ordinary use of the site.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or platform — including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with normal operation, or submitting false information in a risk assessment or application.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and platform are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyrix disclaims liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, except where that liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, including insurance regulation.

8. Changes to these terms

Cyrix may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “last updated” date above.

9. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution process required under applicable insurance regulation.
